We are The Archery Misfits! Yes, there is a story to that.. Many years ago, when my Daughter Kaitlyn was in a JOAD program, i recognized certain problems within a large scale program. So we started our own. Inexperience and a few pitfalls cause some struggles. but we had some success. The program wound down after 2 seasons, archery interest was waning  and we just couldn't keep it going. 

I learned alot. Continued learning coaching techniques and volunteered with a program at an archery shop. slowly we started building a team of great young people. the shop has made plans to move and i decided it was time, with what i learned and connections i made, I approached Keystone about reviving my old club and bringing it back to its roots.

And the Archery Misfits make up the youth core, the heart and soul if you may, Of the Keystone Archers.

Come join us! we have openings and some equipment if you child wants to give it a try.

We have members that have won National titles. we have state and national record holders. our Coaching staff has not only IBO world champions, State champions and Coaches that have worked with people involved with the US national team.

we boast Nationally certified Coaches includint 2 Level 3 NTS coaches. Several level 2 coaches. A Coach who sits on the USA archery Coach Advisory Council, and the thing that makes us the most proud, is the youth who believe in what we do, and have moved to transition into coaching roles to pass on their experiences to the next generation.

Come visit us on a Tuesday evening. see what we can do for your child. we have graduated several archers now into collegiate archery and we have ties with Muskingum University. we can help your child on a journey into an often overlooked sport that can take them as far as they want to go.
